Always lived in Northern Ireland, a mixture of town and country upbringing.
Educated at Princess Gardens School, Dunmurry and Queen’s University, Belfast.
Lifelong interest in art, but studied and practised Dentistry for many years.
Studied Art with John Turner, various media, oils, pastels, watercolours.




First solo exhibition in Carrickfergus 2007.
Won the Mary Dugdale Cup for Portraiture
Finalist in the Moyglare Stud Competition.
Has always been fascinated by anatomy,movement,contrasts and a lifelong love of horses, work having been influenced by Delacroix, Gericault, Munnings, Leonardo, etc.!
